The agreement will see Europac3D offer the full range of DyeMansion machines to the UK market, becoming the second UK reseller of DyeMansion technology after Matsuura.
DyeMansion has introduced a series of machines through the ‘Print –to-Product’ portfolio, which offer blasting, colouring and surface finishing capabilities respectively.
PowerShot C is the blasting system which automatically removes excess powder from printed parts in a process that takes around ten minutes. The DM60 is the industrial colouring platform, whereby powder bed fusion-produced parts in raw white material can be dyed using the 17 standard DyeMansion colours, the RAL/ Pantone colours, or customised or corporate colour options. This process takes two hours to dye the parts, and once completed the system is automatically drained, meaning the parts can be removed and used immediately. Meanwhile, the Powershot S harnesses PolyShot Surfacing technology to give parts a homogenous finish, transforming porous and potentially vulnerable plastics into finished products with improve surface quality and consistent distribution of colour.
By partnering with Europac3D, DyeMansion is to have access to the distributor’s network of customers in a key market.
